Junior Scheduling and Operations Manager

Chrome Lot is an automotive photography company in Dallas, TX and we are seeking for a full time junior scheduling and operations manager. We’re looking for reliable professionals looking for long term positions with competitive pay. We value our people, treat them well.

Responsibilities include setting scheduling, having conversations with customers over the phone, managing virtual assistants and photo editors, and providing quality control and oversight over photography and editing work.

The job requires great management, leadership, and customer service skills, as well as high levels of initiative and assertiveness when needed to get the job done.

Requirements are:

- You must speak fluent English, well enough to pass as an American
- You must have intermediate to advanced Photoshop and graphic design ability (beginner skills won't cut it)
- You must be able to work 8-5 central standard time, M-F
- Screen monitoring software is required, which we provide

Pay starts at $6 per hour, with automatic raises to $10 per hour within 6 months, and greater pay beyond that based on performance.
