JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an honest, dedicated, efficient and ambitious virtual assistant.

Please read the complete posting carefully and respond, or move on accordingly.

You will be expected to showcase your present skill set while developing
the new skills needed to help a small home-based business expand.

The tasks will vary greatly. Training and support will be provided as needed.
You must be willing to take on new challenges and develop the required skills
by putting in the time, dedication and practice needed. Your attitude, work
ethic and commitment are just as important or maybe even more important
than your present skills and experiences.

A sampling of the tasks could include:
a) conducting research and preparing follow-up in a variety of formats
b) creating infographics,
c) writing for a variety of purposes
d) organizing and inputting data
e) marketing - digital, social media, email
f) creating short videos / power point presentations
g) monitoring and participation in social media forums
h) setting up Facebook pages
i) posting ads
j) some Wordpress website updating

Obviously, I would do some of these myself and I might even hire a second VA for specific
skills eg. the Wordpress updating, certain writing needs, social media monitoring...

I believe in open, honest communication (both ways). You must be able to accept and
respond positively to constructive direction so you can develop the skills
I need for my business.

This is a part time position to start but has potential to lead to full time.
Please note: I'm okay with it remaining a long term part time position as well.

You must have:

a) Solid English speaking, writing and comprehension skills
b) Ability to follow directions precisely
c) Ability to setup and follow routines
d) Self-motivation and Strong work ethic
e) Strong communication skills - daily reporting logs are required
f) A willingness to learn new skills - training will be provided as needed
g) Successful social media and marketing experience
h) Strong time management skills.
i) A "Get it Done" attitude with excellent attention to detail, timelines, etc
j) The ability to work with minimal supervision when required
