JOB OVERVIEW

Experience working as an operations manager or COO in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency is required.

About Our Company

We are a Meta Preferred Partner with a decade of experience in the business and a published case study by Facebook.
Our clients have multiple 7,8 and 9-figure businesses.

We have a team of 11 people all working remotely across the globe. We have a varied client base including but not limited to live & online events, Nutra, Dating Advice, Fintech, Financial Reports, Apparel, Business Growth, Ecom, Health and Wellness, Crypto, NFTs & Metaverse.

Our company is experiencing unprecedented growth and we are in the process of creating new programs and services for our clients which requires the creation, and planning of new systems to support our growth.

Role

Measuring and prioritizing the team's deliverables and overseeing the team's performance.

Working with staff members to plan and prioritize their tasks and help them create time blocking.

Creating tasks for projects and following up with staff and contractors on outstanding tasks.

Going through the company’s slack channels daily to identify action items and putting them in the project management system, assigning them to the relevant parties.

Following up with clients for outstanding tasks.

Planning new projects.

Working closely with the accounting department to create and manage budgets.

Creating scorecards for each member of staff.

Creating and conducting staff performance ---------- fining and measuring weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals and ---------- erviewing staff members to create SOPs, systems, and project templates in Clickup.

Virtual meetings with employees to assess their performance and troubleshoot issues they are having.

Assisting with hiring and onboarding new contractors and employees.

Assisting with the creation of proposals

Hours

40 hours per week
9am to 5pm USA Eastern Time

Skills:

Excellent English - both written and spoken is an absolute requirement.

Highly experienced with and love creating systems, processes, and SOPs.

Strong spreadsheet skills.

Extremely good project planning and project management skills

Clickup - pro-level skills is a MUST).

Excellent note taking skills and fast typing speed is a MUST.


Experience

At least 3 years of experience working as an operations manager preferably in either:

A. A digital marketing agency or,

B. With the advertising and marketing operations department of a company.

A bachelor’s degree in business management, advertising or a similar field.

2 recent employer or client references are required who we can talk to.

Very strong follow-through on tasks.

You are a quick starter (you don’t spend weeks and months gathering information before you take action)
