JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for 2 staff members to accurately respond to consumer questions, complaints, refund requests, cancellation requests via email, live chat and phone support. We are looking for this person to well spoken with great english to make welcome calls to new customers and answer phone support on their phone and accurately answer questions and direct consumers to the correct place.

The perfect candidates for this position will be:
*Pleasant in tone
*Speaks clear and good fluent English with very little accent

*Willing and eager to help consumers solve issues
*Trusting and dependable
*Ability to follow accurate directions
*Must be computer saveyy
*Required to work on hubstaff with time tracking
*Must speak clear with ability to articulate their words.
*Must take good direction
*Customer service experience required
*No noisy backgrounds or internet issues will be accepted
*Must have a head set
*Must have high speed internet and a computer

Part time to full time - Some training will be provided.
