Marketing and Social Media Manager

We are looking for a marketing & operations assistant for a tech startup. This job will be in English; therefore, the candidate is expected to be fluent in spoken and written English. A minimum of 5 years of full-time professional work experience is mandatory when it comes to the roles and responsibilities mentioned below.

Roles & Responsibilities
This is what you will be doing on a day-to-day basis. Previous experience is necessary for fields 2 and 3 below.
1. Learning thoroughly about different mental health models
2. Marketing & Operations
- Design and implement different Marketing Strategies & Campaigns
- Increasing brand visibility
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Managing social media editorial calendar
- Creating related content using online tools
3. Advertising
- Creating and managing Social Media ads e.g. Facebook, Instagram, ...
4. Helping with the internal recruitment process & HR
5. Other Business & Marketing Operations
