Email monitoring - occasional, during NYC working hours

I need someone to occasionally monitor my email during New York City working hours (9-5 EST) for any important emails, and call me to let me know (via skype, phone, or other).

I would let you know ahead of time if I needed monitoring for a certain night. My email volume is small at the moment, 5-10 emails a day total.
