Looking for Ninja Programmer

We're looking for a skilled programmer that will:

1. parse large amounts of data (text, csv) - data is being scraped daily
2. make a system that puts this data in a database
3. create a user interface to view and sort this data by multiple parameters.

If the project goes well...ongoing maintenance and updating could be required.
