Knowledge of ATHENA CLAIM CREATION workflow will be ***TESTED***

5) Can you list the specialties that you have worked with in the past ?
6) How many years of Pain Management billing xp. do you have?
7) How many years of Internal Medicine billing xp. do you have?

8) In your last job, what % of claims passed the initial scrub (pre-bill) successfully?
9) At what company names(s) did you use Athena Health Collector?
10) Did your last 2 supervisor(s) delegate to you appeals & responding to payors?
11) What % of claim types did you bill, in all your medical billing roles ?

Your resume will be considered if you have the following experience:

2+ years submitting medical claims
2+ years submitting claims via Athena Collector engine, responding to payor denial reasons, resubmitting and appealing claims
2+ years submitting Pain Management claims OR
2+ years submitting PCP claims

It is possible your title was not of medical biller, but you regularly set up or were resident expert in Athena Clinicals, Billing, Setup, or Enrollments. Your experience and competence made you the go-to person for all providers at your practice, to set up, organize, and maintain all setup workflows in Athena including subject-matter expertise in:

- Local Rules
- Denial Codes
- Appeals
- Responding to payor requests
- Procedure Template Mapping
- Chart updates
