Construction Manager

SynergyGrid LLC is a rapidly growing Real Estate Development company that is always looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team.

We are looking for a CONSTRUCTION MANAGER who will use their expertise to work on a variety of real estate initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site vendors and contractors. You will be the representative on dealings and will relay information to the CEO.

This is a permanent work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities:
- Help with online and digital tasks in getting materials
- Work with different contractors and vendors on-site
- Approve purchases and materials
- Keep track of permits and documents
- Monitors contractors and make sure schedule and deadlines are met
- Audit materials we have on-site and when contractors are done
- Update expense trackers and inventories
- Responsible for ordering materials
- Editing of plans using AutoCAD

Qualifications:
- Great problem-solving skills
- Can handle simultaneous tasks
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong work ethic with adherence to deadlines and prioritization
- Proficiency in Google Suites
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Cost Estimation
- Experience in Residential Construction
- Experience in Passive Housing and LEED Certification is a PLUS
