The Role:
Our ideal candidate will have several years of experience working on HubSpot across multiple Hubs. At a minimum, total mastery of Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs is a requirement. You will work closely with our marketing team to help execute client work and optimize HubSpot for maximum effectiveness. You would hold multiple HubSpot certifications and love Inbound Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Using your strong foundation of most key functions and processes within HubSpot to help the marketing team execute client strategy.
Keeping HubSpot certifications up to date while continually adding to your expertise.
Assisting our internal Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams with HubSpot support for our inbound marketing clients.
Supporting our own HubSpot portal and Sales team to help us attract, convert, and delight prospects and customers.
Working with our development team on HubSpot functionality.
Documenting the processes you frequently use for other teammates and future staff.
Doing all work as tasks within our project management software (Clickup), ensuring time is logged and billed accurately.
Participating in team phone calls with clients providing status updates and performance reports.
About You:
University degree.
3 or more years of experience working in HubSpot.
WordPress admin experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. You love processes and systems that make life more organized.
