NEED BEST MARKETING GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We're a busy digital marketing firm looking for an amazing full time graphic designer to join our team immediately. We are hungry and looking to expand quickly. In the past year we've worked for companies such as Uber, Motorola & and have worked on many US/Canadian/European political campaigns.

You must have an excellent grasp of designing for high click through and conversion rates. You must also be able to be given an idea which you will then develop the theme and creative around.

The work will primarily be:

- Develop creative briefs based on a concept given by client
- Banner ad design (developed for high click through rate and effectiveness)
- Landing page design (we use 'Instapage' so you must be comfortable with this platform, or willing to show that you can learn it)

Requirements:
- You must be awesome :)
- You must be very fluent in english (speaking/writing)
- You must be able to be given an idea, and design advertising concepts around it
- You must be able to design QUICKLY. Many of our clients need turnaround in a couple of hours
