JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Sydney, Australia-based Property Management company looking for a full-time, home based Real Estate VA / Repairs Co-ordinator to work with our property management operations.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
- Maintenance / Repairs Co-ordinator liaising with tradesmen and tenants for access and describing issues
- Respond to tenant maintenance issues via email, text message and calls
-Co-ordinating these issues with tradesmen, property owners, property agents and keeping track of them
-Follow our "handbooks" on resolving common issues by property
- you'll be working with one other person performing the same role

Skills/Experience
We are invested in our tea ---------- mbers’ success. You will go really far if you have
-Experience in real estate / co-ordinating maintenance issues is a big plus
-Experience in other related fields is great too e.g. if you’re a handy person yourself or you feel confident describing issues to tradesmen etc
-A great communicator with a practical mind
-Calm and collected under pressure
- let us know if you speak other languages (not essential!)

Work schedule (This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday starting early morning)

Salary
Negotiable 45,000 - 60,000

Once you complete your 3 months probation, you will get:
-13th month
-Cash equivalent for leaves not taken
