Our Paid Marketing Specialist will work closely with client accounts to ensure the performance of their PPC channel is continuously improving and meeting or exceeding client objectives. This person will be directly responsible for managing, optimizing, reporting on, and developing a strategy for multiple online paid advertising channels. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for analyzing PPC media performance, using data, analytical skills, and tools to optimize outcomes from all PPC activities depending on KPI.
What You’ll Do
1. Develop paid ads strategies to ensure high-performance digital campaigns for our clients.
2. Execute campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Linkedin, and other platforms.
3. Conduct detailed analyses and reports for each campaign
4. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI
5. Track, report, and analyze campaign performance
6. Optimize copy and landing pages for digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the creative design team
7. Perform ongoing paid keyword/display targeting discovery, expansion, and optimization
8. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

What You’ll Need To Qualify
1. Graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
2. Fluent English-speaking skills
3. Minimum 3 years experience in hands-on digital ads campaign management or via an agency, ideally working with larger budgets.
4. Excellent knowledge of Google Ads products (Search, Display, YouTube), Google Analytics, SEMRush and LinkedIn Ads – certifications are a bonus.
5. Basic SEO, UX, graphic design, and copywriting knowledge in order to recommend campaign landing pages and creative improvements, is a plus but not required
6. Working knowledge of Marketo.
7. Good understanding of the performance marketing environment
8. Understanding of data analytics and the ability to analyze numbers in order to improve the KPIs

The big break for our agency was when we had Sony Pictures as our client, then Google, Nikon, Paypal, Danaher, and other fastest-growing clients.
Our first office was established in San Francisco, California. We expanded in Los Angeles, California in 2014, then established another site in the Philippines in 2019. Our Philippines team has now grown from 4 people last 2019 to 15 tea
