Loan Processor

We are searching for an experienced and highly-analytical loan processor to conduct assessments of residential home loans. You will act as the liaison between potential clients and our growing financial institution, conducting client evaluations, researching credit records, and preparing loan package ---------- this position, your chief goal will be to help process loans in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of relevant rules and regulations. You should also have strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

This job will start part time but the right person will be moved to full time.

What you will be doing:
- Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan application.
- Research the applicant's credit status and current financial position.
- Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans.
- Prepare applications via Applyonline
- Ensure you comply with the established regulations and law requirements.
- Follow up with clients to verify important information.

What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in the Australian Home Loan Market
- Have knowledge and experience with Apply Online
- Preferably Broker Engine and FLEX
- Great attention to detail
