Overseas Project Manager

LBG is a product launch marketing agency. The company works on marketing projects and building products from scratch to launch to market.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Overseas Project Manager with a Marketing background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating international projects from start to finish, including developing project plans, budgets, and timelines, as well as communicating with clients and tea ---------- mbers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate with clients, tea ---------- mbers, and third-party vendors to ensure project success
• Manage project budgets and resources, including budget tracking and forecasting
• Communicate effectively with clients and tea ---------- mbers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and tea ---------- mbers throughout the project
• Build workflow and business process documents for the team

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. project management, business, engineering)
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably with international projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g. Notion, Asana, Trello, Basecamp)

Additional Information:
90-day probation period - with a salary increase after the first 90 days
Employee review every 6 months with a salary increase
7 days paid vacation + all major US holidays
5 paid sick days + Some Philippines holiday
