Build local lead generation websites

Looking for an SEO & web design pro to create local lead-gen websites for a number of different niches and cities. MUST have experience in this specific task - creating websites like " ---------- " that are meant to rank well on Google for specific keywords. This means you must be familiar with on-page SEO, ranking factors, how to submit a sitemap file, etc. If you have off-page SEO experience, that would be very useful for a separate project. Bonus if you can build in landing page builders like GoHighLevel or Clickfunnels.

Looking to pay on a per-project basis, each site will be around 5-15 pages (including FAQ, about us, contact, blog, etc.) and needs to be optimized for local SEO as mentioned.
