QuickBooks Online Expert

A US-based restaurant is looking for a QuickBooks Online Expert to help us mainly with bank reconciliation tasks. Only a FULL-TIME position is available and working hours will be in Eastern Time.

Responsibilities include the following tasks:
- Reconcile all bank accounts including payables, payroll, etc.
- Reconcile and import all sales to monthly Excel sheet
- Enter all prepaid deposits from various accounts into Excel sheet
- Enter all deposits into Excel sheet
- Record all ACH/wire payments from banks
- Record all special event invoices and payments into Excel

Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is REQUIRED
- Can set up a QuickBooks account to do a sample task
- Prior bookkeeping experience in a restaurant or a similar industry will be very helpful
- Can work and communicate via WhatsApp in Eastern Time (9am-5pm EST)
