Looking for a sharp person to help operate our e-commerce brands. The main brand is a coffee accessories brand selling mostly on Amazon but also several other e-commerce channels. As well as a recent push to retail.
Job description is not fully set in stone yet, because there is room to shape the exact role needed. Ideal background would be Amazon and off-Amazon experience as well. Experience managing projects and/or products.

About The Brand Manager Role
We’re looking for an exceptional marketer with a founder mindset to lead our coffee products brand. This is an exciting, career-defining opportunity to get involved at the ground level and scale our business across different product categories and channels. While this role is highly entrepreneurial, you will be working side-by-side with the management team and have a direct impact on business functions including social media, partnerships, product development, wholesale sales, Amazon management and customer experience, which you will help shape.
The ideal candidate is a jack-of-all-trades leader with experience in all aspects of launching a consumer product(s). This brand manager has a proven track record of building successful physical consumer products and teams from the ground up. We look for teammates who are curious, kind and willing to solve tough problems.
This position will be remote and report to the
Manage the overall strategy from launch to rapid scale, and long-term goals and marketing strategies
Lead and direct early-stage product and campaign launches alongside freelancers and the centers of excellence
Oversee and help shape key areas including Product & Merchandising, Site Design & Development, Supply-Chain and Fulfillment, Customer Experience and Marketing (Centers of Excellence).
Uncover customer insights and competitor trends to help predict future product lines
Communicate regularly to leadership and team regarding progress on strategic priorities
Drive day-to-day operations and continuous improvement
Proactively mitigate business, operational & compliance risks
Continue to develop the business model and product roadmap ahead of the market
Brand Manager experience requirements include:
4+ years of experience with a direct-to-consumer product
1+ years of management experience (a team or a person)
Experience or strong working knowledge of online marketing tactics
Experience or strong working knowledge of Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central
Ability to work and make decisions autonomously
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Roll-up your sleeves attitude
