Virtual Assistant Generalist (Property Management)

ABOUT THE COMPANY

US-based Real Estate Investment Firm in Rentals Management is seeking Virtual Assistant to work with the Real Estate Business. We have tea ---------- mbers in the US and PH collaborating daily on operating the Real Estate business and solving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Have 2-3 year of experience being a Virtual Assistant
Experience working in a BPO industry
Knowledgeable in US Accounting/Tax
Will do maintenance coordinator, engineering type background, collection accounts, cold calling exposure and transaction coordination or participation in Sales processes,
With experience in Property Management
Positive disposition, good communications can function on US business schedule, are part of baseline requirements.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Start as part-time work. The current position is expected to be 20hrs on a scheduled time a week.
