Marketing associate

Need a versatile person as the marketing associate to help the growing real estate company involved in land flipping business in Arizona. Individual with good communication skills having prior experience working for a real estate or a marketing company will be a PLUS.

List of Responsibilities
• Marketing, sales, and site management of leads/deals using the CRM tool
• Create, manage, follow up and update marketing campaigns using the most effective methods currently available, which methods we use is discussed and aligned to upfront
• Basic video editing and advertisement content creations following examples and based on training material
• Person is expected to be flexible who can follow a process, willing to learn and implement new skills
• Ability to communicate by emails, phone calls with buyers/sellers etc. is needed
• Instructions, task assignments and progress will be reviewed and discussed as part of daily touch base call – 4 to 5 days a week
• Training material in the form of coaching and recorded videos will be made available

About you:
• You need to be an excellent communicator, fluent in English both written and spoken
• You need to ask great questions
• You are someone who has the drive, where we sometimes have to tell you to slow down rather than having to encourage you to take action
• Good familiarity and working knowledge – internet search, usage of CRM tool, demonstrated knowledge of office tools – word, excel etc. and social media sites – Zillow, FB, craigslist, ebay etc.
• Ability to manage the leads and keep information up to date and current on the CRM tool
• Know not just the official ways of getting things done, but the creative tricks and hacks that you only learn from experience
• Basic knowledge of professional grade video editing program like ADOBE, Canva OR final cut
• You need to be able to learn new skills quickly
