Engineering Supervisor

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Prepares and/or review of tender bidding documents for CAPEX projects
-Validates quantity take-off/ bill of materials prepared by design engineers as to suitability to actual and general engineering practice, operational requirements of project proponents and construction methodology
-Review/ check the tender bidding document submittals of design consultants for Maynilad projects especially between SOP and M&P. Checks for lapses or missing items that are necessary in the implementation of works which may cause variation orders later in the projects

 QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:-5 years extensive experience in preparation of tender bidding documents particularly “Measurement & Payment” and “ Schedule of Prices”.
-7 years of combined experience in project construction/ implementation and design/ tendering/
-Licensed Engineer preferably CE, ME or EE.
