I do have high expectations of my PA because he/she is going to be my right arm who is going to help me ease/assist the amount of work I have, so that I can focus on tasks/work that generates revenue for the business.

I have a lot on my plate. On top of being a business owner, I am also a mom of two boys (who need my help with their homework, plus I want to spend time with them), a wife and a daughter. I also have to manage the household.

As I am a creative person who enjoys doing big picture work, I am looking for someone who can understand my work, is meticulous and organized, and who is able to do my work quickly and is well disciplined to complete the tasks on hand. I need someone who can suggest ideas to systemize the work/tasks.

I do not want to micromanage you. I want to be able to tell you what needs to be done and the deadline for the tasks, and you will need to plan your time so that the tasks get done.

I am looking for you to work on a time schedule, which is in alignment with my own timing as well, can start with some flexibility to work.


HOW LIFE IS GONNA LOOK LIKE FOR YOU!
You’ll be working very closely with me as together we will be the 'project manager' to start with, as there will be a lot of work to be done. I’m looking for someone who has ideas too, not just someone who follows instructions blindly and has no initiative or ideas to do things better. You must also be willing to adapt according to the situation.

I believe in discussing things when you have a situation or challenge, instead of keeping quiet and then things go wrong. Also, if you have ideas on how things can be better, you can suggest and we can discuss it.

I strongly believe in work-life balance and taking care of yourself. If you are not well, I would rather you let me know then to keep working but end up getting more sick. But I also am very passionate about my work, hence if you want to work with you, you will have to be passionate about the work & journey together.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- I have mentioned here but overall looking for managing and growth of business clients in different Income streams as we sett these up- we will closely work together o this till you can manage it.
- NOTE BELOW:
- Work very closely with me and my project manager in future, also sometimes our clients.
- Follow the company’s branding guidelines
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with the tea ---------- mbers and some freelancers
- YakYak Global tasks such as: researching on latest articles in the area of our workshops programs, confidence, personal development, leadership etc (will share later in details), Well-being for both corporate and education audiences, preparing of CLIENT proposals and powerpoint slides (first drafts), updating of Wordpress website,tracking project status and completion, researching and selecting timely topics to engage email subscribers, managing MailChimp etc, creating simple graphics/video editing basics on Canva/Vimeo etc for specific events, managing zoom calls & sending links for appointments and webinars, adding users for my online courses and so on. Tasks might add on as we explore together.
- Helping to create systems and documenting processes so that things are organized and easy to execute.
- To ensure that all documents or work are properly transferred, organized, documented and uploaded in Google Drive (you will get an admin email to use & drive for storage).
- Continuously discover and implement new technologies or methods to maximise efficiency/productivity

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Able to communicate and write in English. Must be very good with the language.
- Must have a good computer with a web camera and very good/strong internet speed connection as you will need to connect / communicate through Zoo ---------- etups with me and sometimes with clients.
- Must be very good with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
- Has the ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
- Analytical and meticulous (Solid attention to detail)
- Independent (Someone who has initiative & discipline to do the work and not chased for work to be done)
- Trustworthy (Information shared by clients is sometimes very personal and challenging, hence you’ll need to be able to hold that confidence and not share that information)
- Excellent communication skills
- And lastly, has a strong desire to improve and grow with the team!
