Finesse is a startup marketing agency for Email and SMS marketing. We know eCommerce inside out, so whatever the niche, whatever the product, we go all-in to make our client’s eCommerce business a success. We just started out, but already have the opportunity to work together with people from all over the world. We are ambitious and base our teamwork on trust and expertise. Right now, what we need is an experienced VA.

Your responsibility
In this position you are primarily responsible for project management (in Clickup). First of all, email campaign workload for Creative teams.You also help with planning content for calendar events based on strategies we share. You also stay on top of progress in creative production, communicates deadlines to project team and coordinates workload to ensure we achieve desired outcomes for clients on time. If you notice bottlenecks, you will ring the alarm, so our team lead(s) can take action swiftly. Lastly, we have a company roadmap. You will support the founders of Finesse with planning and integrating business development initiatives in a timely manner.

What you bring
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a VA
- Experience with working within the eCommerce industry
- Understand the needs of an eCommerce webshop owner (our target audience)
- Love trend analysis (within the email marketing industry)
- Have affinity with Marketing and Product Branding
- Have the analytical skill for creating business performance reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and efficient
- A real eye for detail
- Are used to communicate and collaborate in a team of creative people (copywriters, graphic designers, etc)
- Fluent English proficiency in writing and speaking
- In possession of fast internet and a good phone
