E-commerce Customer Service / Admin

Looking for full time Phone Customer Service / Order entry for E commerce company.

Will need to help with order entry into Woo Commerce and Shopify. Answer phone calls from customers.

Hours 8am to 4pm M-F.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly communicate with customers either by telephone or electronically.
Handle and respond quickly to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and/or ---------- municate efficiently and effectively.
Additional tasks/duties assigned by Management.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Previous customer service experience with a proven record of resolving customer concerns.
Excellent communication and phone skills.
Knowledge of Woo Commerce and Shopify.
Some Vitamin/Supplement knowledge is a plus.

Highly organized with attention to detail.
High degree of professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, organized and driven to work with a sense of urgency and resolve.
Consistently present a positive attitude and excellent customer service to our Customers.





Customer Service: 1 year (Minimum)
