Full-Stack Lead Developer

We are seeking a Lead Developer to join our team and drive the development of our innovative application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Django and Python for the backend and experience with VueJS for the frontend. Familiarity with Azure is also a must for this position.

As the Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in coding and development, as well as managing, delegating, and overseeing the development team's work. Your main responsibilities will include:

*Staying up-to-date with the latest software development frameworks, libraries, and tools
*Monitoring and evaluating the work of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to identify areas for improvement
*Conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality code
*Streamlining development processes by implementing new tools, classes, and services as needed
*Mentoring and assisting teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to improve their skills and knowledge
*Managing, delegating, and overseeing the project architecture
*Collaborating with the front-end and back-end development teams to ensure a seamless full-stack experience for users

The ideal candidate should have a passion for software development and a track record of effectively managing, delegating, and communicating with a development team. Fluency in English is also a must. This position requires 8-hour shifts during daytime Manila time.
