Our company is looking for a General Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate can complete data entry, scanning, knows how to use LinkedIn and Apollo.io, is proficient in Microsoft Office/Google tools, should have online calendars and scheduling knowledge (e.g. Google Calendar) and is willing to work as part of a team, collaborate with others, and share ideas. Having a virtual assistant experience is a plus, but it is not required. We do expect you to have strong typing and organizational skills.
General Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform data entry task (copy and paste lead information from LinkedIn and Apollio.io to a spreadsheet)
- Organize file systems using a computer
- Communicate with clients as needed
- Compose and send
- Organize and arrange client calls and meetings
- Organize and manage client’s calendars and
- Maintain a CRM or tracking system
- Research restaurants, flights, etc. and be able to recommend the best options based on your findings
General Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Outlook and related Microsoft Office programs or Google Spreadsheets
- Ability to adapt to various office environments
- Typing skills
- Attention to detail
