We are a quickly growing digital marketing company that requires a social media manager who will be groomed to be the full time Project Manager for our firm.

Your main focus will be to post our content across all our different social media channels and help manage our social media inboxes and also communities.

You'll be doing things like scheduling social media posts, running software to send automated connection requests, replying to clients on social media, etc.

You'll also be responsible for measuring output numbers such as number of connection requests sent per week, number of TikTok videos posted per week, number of Facebook friends added each week, etc.

We work in an assembly line for different parts of the business.

You'll need to coordinate with our editors and designers in order to receive content from them you'll be posting on our different social media networks.

You'll also be responsible for logging all your progress inside our project management software so we can make sure our content gets distributed everywhere.

You will need to answer some emails, respond to clients and vendors (graphic designers, copywriters, SEO gig agencies, etc) and coordinate with me when necessary but also block me from unnecessary communication coming in.

Training will be provided to you about your role and you'll be given access to our project management systems and social media accounts to manage.

We will also have a training page ready for you to review upon applying that will be built on. We are very good at providing the feedback you will need to grow in this career.

Ample opportunities to learn new things will be provided for you every week.

SOLID ENGLISH (You WILL be required to get on the phone sometimes)

You must always communicate the state of your current situation so if you're unable to work, say why, when and how they will compensate for any missed time and never have to be chased down.

This is a management position and open and proactive

Solid communication is an absolute must.

This is one thing we will not teach, you must have it already.
