UI/UX Design Expert

Hello! I'm the owner of a creative agency in the Midwest, and we are looking for an experienced UI/UX expert who has extensive experience with Divi who will work alongside our Creative Director, strategists, web developers, and designers to create user experience strategies for our clients.

This person should have great English and communication skills and is able to write comprehensive UI/UX reports for clients and has a strong understanding of the customer journey experience.

I am a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with so I like to give direct feedback to help mentor you as well! I would like to start with someone on an hourly basis of 30-60 hours a month. I really want to create an ongoing relationship that is not only financially lucrative but fun for both of us!

I’m happy to offer incentives in pay, once the accounts show growth!

Responsibilities:
-Complete user experience audits for potential clients and identifies areas of opportunity for growth and web development
- Oversee and manage our web-developers to ensure high-level work.
-Work closely with an in-house team of designers, project managers, and digital strategists and help translate the user experience into a design for a variety of clients across multiple industries (experience building with WooCommerce is a huge bonus).
-Produce effective business-oriented solutions based on organizational goals.
-Communicate ideas clearly and in a manner that can be understood by clients and ‘non-techie’ personnel.
-Able to execute on basic development tasks when needed
- Manage support tickets/Asana ticketing system.
