CPA // SENIOR ACCOUNTANT IN USA CPA FIRM

We have two openings available. One is a full time senior position. The second is a part time, ad hoc, that will build up to a full time position over 3-6 months. Both are senior accountant positions.

JOB 1:

We need a full time senior accountant/CPA to work between our staff accountants and our senior managers. We want another layer of supervision and support to our Senior Managers. This person will be direct support to senior staff, assisting with tasks necessary to oversee ongoing staff accountant work. Must have 10+ years of hand-on accounting. Public experience preferred. Full financial reporting is a must. CPA is also A+

You will be reviewing ongoing financials for multiple accounts and providing feedback. Must have good communication skills and be able to speak with client.

JOB 2:

This person will directly assist me on an ad hoc basis. I have teamed up with a financial planner in a second tax/advisory ---------- is a start up. We are meeting with many new clients. We have ten already and it is quickly growing. We will start marketing campaigns in the new year to onboard many small business.

I need someone along side of me to communicate via email with new clients, help keep systems in order, help with accounting tasks, including write up and usa tax work. This is part time now as we ramp ---------- will go from 10 hours a week to full time within 3 months. We will then continue to hire.
