JOB OVERVIEW

Hello

We manufacture coffee-related products in China and distribute across warehouses in HK/AUS/US/EU, and ship to customers globally.

Looking for an experienced supply chain and logistics expert to systemise, manage, and improve the following parts of our business:

- freight quotes
- managing commercial invoices/documentation/packing lists etc.
- forwarder relationships
- finding new forwarders/warehouses/customs agents
- shipment management, tracking, followup
- inventory management between warehouses and B2C stores
- purchase orders
- production scheduling
- landed cost analysis
- optimising our packaging/box sizes for shipping

We are only considering very experienced candidates who could set up systems from scratch if needed.

Qualifications

* Fluent in English
* Owns a computer
* Very fast internet
* Can be contacted 5 days a week

Salary and Time

The starting salary will be ~$800-$1200 USD per month for ~20 hours/week of part-time work. We expect 80 hours per month. There is the option to expand into a full-time position depending on performance and business growth.

Monday-Friday only. We operate on Australian time, and need most of your hours to lie within Australian business hours (9am-5pm AEDT), evenly and consistently distributed across the week (eg 12-4pm AEDT each week day).

We happily pay 13th month salary!
