We're looking for a professional that is an excellent communicator and superb at social media. Our ideal candidate is dedicated, smart, and team-oriented, with the ability to make magic out of every social post. You have a deep understanding of social platforms algorithms and know what makes media tick. You are creative, bring fresh thinking to every conversation, and enjoy collaborating.
-- What You Can Expect Day-to-Day --
With a strong command of all social platforms and channels, you will own and execute the following core job duties:
* Social Calendar Management and Scheduling
* Generate content ideas for posts, videos, etc.
* Social Media Growth - Increase followers, improve engagement, comments, likes, shares, etc.
* Social Channel Oversight – Manage all social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube,
* Visual/Graphics Oversight – Own the development and implementation of graphics, captions, and image editing/clean-up
* Content Creation – Create new and repurposed compelling content leveraging blogs, clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc., producing high-quality content on all channels and editing video content including reels, YouTube videos, and TikToks
* Analytics and Tracking - Provide various analytical and other success metrics and ROI with recommendations/adjustments to correct/fine-tune areas of improvement
* Organic Product Promotion - Engage social community and drive users to the site/store to enhance sales organically

* Previous professional experience managing social Media for an eCommerce brand on all platforms
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

* Self-motivated and results-driven, looking to stay long-term and grow
* Excellent communication skills (proficient in English)
* Creative with the ability to edit raw videos, create copy and graphics, including
* Robust marketing skills
* Ability to manage the following tools: Slack, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, Google Drive / Sheets / Docs
