Are you a smart Inside Sales Admin who wants to be part of a successful Real Estate VA Agency that provides leverage to agents, brokers, teams, and market centers
We are looking for someone that is willing to work hard, and is great at working independently. This role can be intense for the first 3 months. You will be learning a lot. You will feel overwhelmed. This position requires versatility, ability to multitask, and a can-do mentality.
To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
What to expect from the role:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and explaining company services and benefits
Make cold calls and
Identify new sales opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound calls to follow up.
Closing sales and achieving quotas
To be consider on this role, you MUST have:
Strong sense of communication and phone skills.
NEUTRAL accent
Very strong at making good relationships over the phone
Knows how to overcome objections
CAN DO attitude
