Accountant/Financial Analyst

Eclectic International Corporation is a progressive jewelry company with over 2 decades of success in the jewelry industry. We have footprints across the US, Canada, and most of the European countries. The company is now looking for an Accountant/Financial Analyst who will play a key role in the continuous growth and expansion of our brand.

The Accountant/Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing administrative support by performing various tasks that include:

Core Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping
- Assist the management in migrating QuickBooks to the cloud, and possibly integrating QuickBooks with our automated inventory system
- Prepare monthly financial statements and financial analysis such as financial and inventory KPI
- Assist in claiming duty drawback as well as overpaid duties in other importing countries
- Assist the management in filing for tax-related documents as required by different governing bodies
- Oversee company’s Profit and Loss consolidation

Core Qualifications:
- BS Accountancy or related degrees (Being a CPA is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting/financial analysis, preferably worked with foreign clients (US, Canada and European countries)
- Excellent English communication skills both in the spoken and written language
- Experience and knowledge using QuickBooks online
- Highly motivated, analytical with attention to detail
- A logical thinker capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with remote teams seamlessly and work in North America time zone
- Possesses interpersonal skills; team-working attitude; takes initiatives

Work hours:
- The position will be a permanent part time position (20hrs/week)
- Remote/ Work from home at Canada daytime shift (EST)
