Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the General Manager, supporting all aspects of shipping operations including order and inventory management, data entry, and reporting. We have a lot to accomplish, so you must have the ability to handle multiple projects, manage your own schedule, meet KPIs, resolve issues and tasks, and meet and exceed deadlines on a daily basis.


JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual with passion, great attitude, superb communication AND GREAT ENGLISH. If that sounds like you, read on. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with an international team so if you aren’t 100% comfortable speaking and writing in English, please do not apply.

1. Oversee day-to-day shipping operations; this includes order review, order processing, fulfillment, inventory management (Shopify website, Amazon, wholesale/retail orders)
2. Trouble-shoot and fix backend issues on Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Skubana (IMS), and other 3rd party selling platforms as necessary
3. Ensure Skubana (IMS) contains accurate inventory, purchase order, stock transfer, and sku/product info.
4. Arrange inventory shipments for all Amazon geos (US, CA, JP, EU, UK, AU)- creating shipping workflows, shipping labels, etc, and handling customer returns/exchanges
5. Make new product listings on Shopify
6. Communicate with China and US 3PLs to ensure shipping targets are achieved
7. Present weekly order fulfillment reports
8. Create and maintain organizational reports as determined by the General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Native grasp of the English language
2. Experienced user of Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. IMS experience preferred.
3. Excel/Google sheets expert – can maintain complex spreadsheets.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset and passion, highly curious, fast learner, willingness to try and figure things out independently
5. Comfortable adapting to purchasing systems
6. Strong process and procedures understanding
7. Ability to meet deadlines and communicate risks, resource needs & priorities
8. Strong interpersonal communications skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required
