A Think Bullish Media Buyer is the leading cog in the engine that drives our clients new patients through their doors.

You’re directly responsible for monitoring, testing, optimizing, and adjusting our clients campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok on a daily basis to ensure that they are all within KPI so our clients achieve profitable results in their businesses.

You will be directing our creative design and copywriting team on what ads are performing the best in the ever-changing landscape and exactly what you need more ---------- is your responsibility to identify gaps in the ad metrics and select the best headlines, graphics and videos, copywriting pieces, and funnels to drive better and better results for our clients consistently over time.

We’re looking for a world-class Meta Media Buying Wizard to join our team of 25 and help us pursue our mission of solving the number one problem that most businesses face… Getting more customers!

- Less Problems: Double and triple checking your work to ensure that there are no issues and there is consistency (we hold less problems as a core tenant in how we run our agency along with better results and better service)
- Selecting winning headlines, creatives, copy, and funnels to test
- Setting up ad accounts to optimize for the proper metrics (not just leads, but appointments and shown new patient appointments)
- Split-Testing: Performing daily split tests across 30+ ad accounts in a constant pursuit of the winning message, offers, and ads in each market
- Market Trends: Identifying winning trends and relaying successful ads and optimization strategies to our team of media buyers and creatives to improve our clients results based on data
- Weekly Huddles: Attending weekly team huddles to attack head-on challenges and opportunities to keep all of our clients at KPI
- Audience Setup: Setting up retargeting audiences, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences
- Hitting Deadlines: You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our projects are launched on time and that we’re hitting key deadlines and timely adjustments (upon client & team requests)
- Research: Staying up to date with trends and identifying new media buying and marketing strategies to improve our campaigns
- Project Management: Utilizing and updating our systems to keep things organized and running smoothly in Monday, Asana, - QuickConnect, Slack and Google Drive
- Communication: Working as a team. This is not an individual role. You’ll be working directly with our marketing and sales team to ensure that things are running smoothly and everyone is on the same page

This is a fast-paced environment and best for someone who:
- Has already managed $10s if not $100s of thousands of dollars in online Facebok & Instagram advertising campaigns
- That has proficient understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising, how their system works, compliance guidelines, etc
- Is highly data-driven with a love for marketing analytics and numbers
- Understands A/B split-testing and how to effectively do so to generate results
- With strong creative content development skills (this won’t be your sole responsibility, but you should be able to do it when necessary)
- Proficient in English (we’re U.S. based with clients in Canada and the USA)
- Has knowledge of lead-generation and lead nurturing campaigns
- Has excellent time-management skills and can manage 30+ ad accounts at one time while keeping them all within KPI
- Can work under pressure and move quickly (especially when things sometimes get chaotic with a lot of clients starting up)
- Can follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and remain organized and communicative at all times
- Is a self-starter and can work independently in a remote work environment
- Has a stable internet connection, back ups, and an at-home setup that allows you to focus
- Can work US hours (9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time EDT/EST) and after hours when necessary

Our dream candidate:
- Has 2+ years of experience in online advertising with Facebook Ads (Google Ads is a huge plus)
- Has a stable & reliable internet connection (it’s 100% remote)
- Can work flexible, but rather normal business hours (9-5 eastern, M-F)
- Can get started quickly
