HR Recruiter (Permanent WFH + Paid Leave)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and publish detailed job ads for sales-related roles on various job portals & social media page/s.
- Manage queries in both job portal accounts & social media pages
- Create and implement effective sourcing/recruitment techniques to attract the right candidates
- Evaluate and test requirements for the position
- Screen and filter applicants based on the client's requirements
- Maintain candidate database for future job vacancies
- Conduct background checks on qualified candidates
- Prepare final interview evaluation report and endorse to Supervisor for further assessment
- Track and update applicant’s status in the recruitment pipeline
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and issuance of job offers and employment contracts to the desired candidate/s.
- Keep track of all metrics related to recruitment such as the source of hire, fall-out rate, etc.
- Update recruitment-related trackers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the new hire in the submission and completion of the pre-employment requirement.
- Assist in onboarding and perform other HR-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience in hiring sales related roles, within fast-paced environments
- With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition or any similar position
- Solid sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Must be proactive and with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in recruiting for US and Australia-based companies (preferred)
- Must have outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
