Synchro Social is a social media marketing agency that provides growth & content creation services to influencers and personal brands.
We're now looking for a part-time executive assistant that can join us in January to support our founder with administrative tasks.
Job Description:
- Responding to
- Managing the calendar and important events
- Joining meetings & taking notes
- Making travel arrangements
- Making daily reports
What we're looking for from you:
- Very good English writing & speaking skills
- You're proactive
- Minimum 1 year of executive assistant experience
- You're not afraid to voice your opinion
- Adept with Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack & Google Drive
