English speaking helper

We are a property management company located in Philadelphia. The main job is to schedule appointments for viewings of rental apartments to prospected applicants through Facebook - USA.

*Applicants should be fluent in English - verbally and in writing.
*Applicants will be sorting the best applicants for renting the apartments to future tenants - best judgements is the key.
*Computer RAM should be 4-8GB. With backup.
*Internet speed of 15mbps and up
*Preferably who resides in Metro Manila

Working hours:
M-T-W-Th 5am-9am Philippines Standard Time
Sat 6hour-flexibility time
Sun 4hour-flexibility time
Only Friday off. Total of 26 hours a week for $550/month.

Working hours can be changed. We can talk about it on the final job interview.
