Punctual, professional, and personable assistant needed for a rapidly growing Cleveland, Ohio, USA-based company.

We are hiring a tea ---------- mber for a full-time role to help our Sales and Customer Service teams.

You will answer the phones, return customer service calls, follow up on sales leads and help with scheduling and qualifying appointments for our sales designers. There is no cold calling involved, all our leads are ---------- specific experience in our industry is required. Most of this job involves being on the phone so you must have very fast and reliable internet access and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.

We are looking for someone with great people skills, a good work ethic, and someone who is willing to learn as we grow. We use various technologies including CRM software and communication tools. Virtual Receptionist

We are a US-based company that specializes in residential painting and kitchen upgrades. Looking for a virtual assistant that can support day-to-day operations. Excellent English-speaking skills are required.

A Typical Day Could Include:

Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, transfer to the right department, take messages

Data entry and preparation of work orders

Crafting emails to customers

Daily CRM updates

Assist manager with any additional tasks not limited to basic research, report preparation, customer follow-up, etc.

Your Skills:

Applicants must have a stable and fast internet connection (Applicants will need to run a speed test during the interview)

2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to speak English very well.

Proficiency in the use of CRM systems. (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, ZOHO, etc.)

Previous experience with US-based customers would be an asset.

Excellent On-Phone presence.

Good working knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Docs, Slack, Zoom, or the ability to learn quickly.

Work hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday- Friday
