Junior Architect

Established over 40 years ago, RN Ferrer & Associates (RNFA), Inc. is a full service professional firm focused in engineering, architecture, and project management. Scopes of service in the construction of new facilities include planning, design, cost-quantity surveying, and implementation (i.e. construction management). Since its establishment, RNFA has completed over 600 engagements along the lines of design and project management for clients in varied industries. We are currently looking for highly qualified people to join our team.

Architects will be assigned to design, execute and supervise the architectural scope of the project which may include cost contracts, interiors, landscape and construction management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Licensed with good academic records
2. With proven technical competence in all aspects of his/her discipline
3. With good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Open to both candidates with work experience and new board passers

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepares engineering design details under supervision of the intermediate engineers.
2. Prepares reports regarding calculations, utilizing plans and material specifications upon instruction from Intermediate Engineers.
3. Provides technical support for the project teams.
4. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.
