FB media buyer with profit sharing model

Your skills:
You need to be already super experienced and skilled in Facebook/IG ads and have scaled stores to high 6-7 figure numbers previously. We can not work with beginners if you are intermediate or a beginner pls do not apply at all.

You would receive a 1-2k USD base salary plus a 10% profit share. The pay can be super high and that's why we require excellence for you to be an A player.

You would be hiring and managing your own team of creative people who either edit videos for you or create graphics. You would be talking to them on a daily basis.

You need to understand all the Fb policies and make sure we don't get in trouble or get our ad account banned.
