Customer Service Representative - WFH

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English speaking skills and a strong ability to build rapport with customers over the phone, email, and ---------- addition, this role requires a reliable internet connection, a quality headset, and the ability to work US hours. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position.

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 9AM - 6PM EST. Fixed Saturday and Sunday off
WORK DURATION: Full Time
RATE & SALARY RANGE: $700/month

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a respectful and empathetic way
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
• Accurately record and update customer information in company database
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and ability to work US hours
• Proficient in using a computer
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Positive and professional attitude

Technical Requirements:
• A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps with a backup internet connection
• Your own laptop/desktop PC with the following minimum specs: i3 5th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM; Mozilla or Chrome installed
• Noise-canceling headset/headphones
• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home
