Asset Management Analyst

We own and operate multifamily properties in Texas and we are looking for someone who can help our Asset Manager with his everyday tasks. Some of these include, reviewing and editing a property's performance, editing documents in the transaction process, pulling reports, excel tasks, parsing out information in loan agreements, etc.

We're looking for someone:
- (preferably) who can be online 9 AM - 12 PM EST Monday through Friday
- (preferably) can be on our tea ---------- eting M-F morning 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- has great English grammar, to help proofread our monthly reports to our investors
- in your application, include "VALSC"
- has some basic math knowledge (how calculate an average return, trailing period return)
- is familiar with excel, powerpoint, adobe acrobat / pdf
- pays great attention to detail
- has some experience / is comfortable with data entry
