Inspiration Manager for Musical Instrument Niche

Looking for someone with the ability to design, edit photo's (videos an added plus) along with optimize and post content on to social media platforms to inspire our audience to taking on amazing projects!
We are a small business based in Florida that has been around since 2008 serving customers through instructional youtube content and high quality products on our online store. We are creating content all the time and need someone who can fine tune and optimize for each social media platform to expand our reach!.

Soft Skills:
* Enjoys people and Loves music
* Self Starter / Learns quickly
* Experience with YouTube and other social media platforms
* Eye for good classical design.

Basic Skills:
* Good computer with strong internet access / connection
* Please list what software you use to edit and design posts (examples as well)
* Experience and comfort with Microsoft product suite (not google).

Detailed responsibilities:
Take raw content (photo's and video) and edit, design, optimize for posting on our stores website, Youtube or Social Media Platforms. Follow a content calendar. Optimize #Tags, Descriptions, Titles, Photo posts, etc and post according to calendar. Pass along comments, questions or engagement to the team for assistance in responding. Make suggestions and provide ongoing feedback on how we can continue to be better.
