Ecommerce Account Maintenance Associate

We are looking for someone to help with our daily Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Shopify related tasks:


-Creating shipping plans and ordering from the suppliers
-The ability to trouble shoot and resolve various account issues
-Maintaining excellent account health
-Proactive problem solving
-Using excel for creating and maintaining reports and various other functions
-Answering customer messages
-Creating and Maintain listings (this includes writing descriptions, titles, etc...) and getting the changes approved

Bonus abilities:
Doing research on the web and FAQs
Highly organized
Working Night Shift

Applications we use:
-Google Docs
-Asana
-Excel
