Wordpress plugin programmer

We are looking for a skilled wordpress plugin programmer to create a simple google mapping function for real estate websites. The wordpress plugin will need to be a stand alone tool that can be added to any wordpress website. The plugin will have simple functions like:

admin styling options with color picker and transparency options.
Text fields to set the title that displays above address search field.
Google mapping search function for user when they add an address to search.
lead generation function that emails the admin the address that a visitor entered to search.
Lead capture / contact form after address result is displayed to ask visitor for more home information that will then submit to admin's email as a lead.
Specified place in dashboard to display the leads for those that entered an address or filled out the contact form.

You must be able to follow instruction and be proficient at creating wordpress plugins.
