Create Shopify Store Front from Start to Finish

I need someone qualified at creating a Shopify web store front. Candidate will need to research the product I am selling (bolts and nuts). I need the candidate to design the front and back end of Shopify. Candidate will need to write the content of the website along with laying out the web store in a logical manner. Once completed the candidate will be retained either full or part time to maintain the website. Example websites will be provided as a guideline. Candidate will need to provide websites they have designed.
