An excellent opportunity to work with an international entrepreneur as a Personal Executive Assistant to provide personal & administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is an excellent English-speaking prompt communicator, self-motivated multitasker, who is well-versed in office administration systems & procedures that has experience working in a corporate or business setting. The Personal Executive Assistant will increase operational efficiency through prompt and effective communication and coordination while maintaining the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, integrity, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for travel arrangements, including complex travel for family
• Perform personal and business related research
• Provide weekly updates on progress of ongoing tasks
• Thoughtfully plan and execute assigned projects, while communicating feedback on project status
• Schedule meeting and appointments; manage calendar
• Draft correspondence and other documents
• Type dictated notes and prepare formal letters and/or
• Manage various personal errands as requested
• Recruit, hire and coordinate with other staff as needed
• Responsible for event planning and management
• Complete other duties and ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English communication a must
• Results-driven and problem solving mentality is required
• Bachelor's degree required, with Business, Finance, Hospitality, or Accounting preferred
• Must be technically savvy with working knowledge of Google Professional Suite
• Minimum three years an Executive/Personal Assistant
• Must possess the utmost level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize changing tasks
• Possess strong interpersonal with active listening and great communication skills
• Utilize a proactive, out of the box approach to problem solving
• Have strong time management and organization skills
