Are you a go-getter with a passion for eCommerce and well-being? Our Shopify-based brand is seeking a full-time Manager to join our team and help drive our business forward.

As the Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Collaborating with the team and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow.
• Providing excellent customer support via email and phone.
• Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email flows/templates, social media, and promotional artwork.
• Creating and optimizing Shopify product pages.
• Conducting diligent niche research.
• Hiring, interviewing, and managing staff with the goal of eventually replacing the brand manager.
• Planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Writing SEO-optimized copy.


To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to ask relevant questions.
• Proactive and organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Independence and the ability to learn ---------- addition to the above, it would be beneficial if you have experience with:
• Adobe Premiere Pro or other photo/video-editing software.
• Email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo).
• Social media management (e.g. content planning, audience growth).
• Bookkeeping/Accounting.
• SEO.
