Resume Template Designer Needed

I am starting a business where I will be selling Microsoft Word templates as well as their corresponding Pages and Google Docs templates.

I am looking for designers who are able to create modern, clean and minimalist resume templates. I would need templates that are ATS optimized and some that are not (two columns designs for example). Any experience in HR or as a resume writer is appreciated. Please answer the following questions in your proposal.

The final deliverables are 25 resume templates in Word, Google Docs and Pages with up to 5 pages in A4 and US Letter size with a cover letter and references. So that is 7 pages total.

1. Do you have any HR experience or experience as a resume writer/career coach?
2. How many years have you been using Word to create resume templates?
3. Do you know how to create resume templates in Google Docs and/or Pages?
4. Do you know to optimize a resume for an ATS?
5. How many templates could you create in a week? Please attach samples of resumes that you have designed.
